Jimmi Carr is a performing musician and producer from the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia. He has released 4 albums and an EP under his own name, and two albums with his electronic/rock fusion band Innamech. Jimmi's music is both original and accessible. He draws on a wide range of influences that move through Folk, Blues, Alt-Country and Rock. His solo music is rootsy and lyrical, often with a funk/rock edge. It could be described as somewhere between Ryan Adams, Wilco and Beck.
Jimmi Performs in either solo acoustic mode or with his 3 piece band. Jimmi has toured extensively, playing on bills with acts including XAVIER RUDD, JEFF LANG, LIOR, ADALITA, DOC NEESON and HERMITUDE. Jimmi and his band have been building a steady following and impressing people wherever they go. Jimmi's music has received airplay on stations including Triple J, ABC Radio, FBI, PBS and many more.
