About Us

We were standing on the corner of then & now, contemplating the musical shape of this world we were born into - it seemed like time was running out...
What to do with what we had left - which was a considerable amount - it was a "Blues Brothers" moment. So we gathered the band for a wayward post apocalyptic journey...and we started out in Chicago...... Mixing originals with some hidden gems from deep within the vault of musical treasures, Horse Drawn Cadillac makes you feel like you are on a wayward journey to New Orleans via Chicago - a bump and roll ride with some high octane horses. |

What We Bring

Well, we ARE built for LIVE, so much so that our upcoming 1st album is going to be a live album (who does that anymore?!).
We are a large band with a diverse sound taking a journey down, and criss crossing the Mississippi, mixing a plethora of originals with some unearthed gems from this rich tapestry. ... with alot of festival/gig experience between us. Also active with various workshop options, and "piggybacking" other projects with our band that have musical and economic benefits for the festival (eg. our drummer Will w. Kid Hank, a New Orleans band, where they join us for more horn power!) |
